Sir Tom Farmer Joins the National Freelancers Day Debate
Sir Tom Farmer one of the UK’s most successful ever entrepreneurs has joined an influential group of corporate big hitters in celebrating National Freelancers Day on November 23rd.
In a fascinating and exclusive interview Sir Tom outlines the importance of the freelancers community as we fight our way out of recession.
Sir Tom, who started a garage single handedly before selling his company Kwik Fit group to the Ford Motor Company in 1999 for £1billion, tells how freelance workers played a part in his business success and how more and more organisations will use contractors in the future.
One of the most respected businessmen of his generation Sir Tom also has a strong message to PCG members as they celebrate their tenth birthday saying that they have grown into one of the UK’s most influential and powerful voices.
