Celebrate National Freelancers Day in Cambridge

Celebrate and participate in National Freelancers Day by joining fellow PCG members for networking and discussion at the B Bar in Cambridge.

From 6:30pm on the 23rd November 2009

Attendees are encouraged to meet in the bar and the evening will primarily take the format of a group discussion focussed on the advantages and disadvantages of freelancing, how can freelancers overcome/manage some of the disadvantages and of course, drawing on the core themes of the future for freelancing and how freelancing can help UK businesses become more competitive.  Over the evening we will try to tease out some key conclusions about issues that concern and are of most importance to today’s freelancing/contracting professionals.

The evening will also feature a keynote address from:

Prof Lester Lloyd-Reason, a Professor of International Enterprise Strategy at the Ashcroft International Business School in Cambridge entitled:

“Academic research into the changing workforce and what the future could bring”
