PCG has put together a report  based on a series of qualitative interviews with business leaders, managers and freelance professionals, highlighting how flexibility is vital to business and prosperity in the UK.

The report entitled 'Freeing Up Growth' gives an insight into how to harness freelance talent for business success.

This report was launched as part of PCG’s ‘Britain’s Brain Gain’ campaign, spotlighting the rich talent pool amongst the UK’s 1.4 million freelance workers and highlighting their £82 billion contribution to the UK economic output.
