This year marks the third National Freelancers Day and each year it is getting bigger. Last year the message reached over 1 million people including recognition from the Prime Minister in this letter.
The goals for 23rd November 2011 (#nfd23Nov) are:
- To help freelancers talk knowledgeably about the value they bring to British industry
- To help British industry tap into that value
- To secure the support of ministers who can help stimulate the sector
- To create a useful flow of information and a more sophisticated talent market
